Dolpo Society being solely social service oriented organization meant for the welfare of the communities of the seven VDCs of Dolpo, none of the meeting or decisions are made without the direction from the president or majority of the executive members. Every year in the presence of entire board members and invited guests the general meeting of DS is held around the November and December. Annual reports and audits are also made clear right in front of the general board and and public. Hence, new work schedules and programs are also set up at the time.
